2018 Helm Premium Cabernet Sauvignon. One of the kings of the Canberra wine district. What Ken doesn't know about winemaking no one does. Well worth the visit too, sip away in the original school house with the man himself. Berries and dark fruits and a little spice up front balanced tannins allow a lovely finish.

A quick Easter Monday afternoon trip to resupply our wine from @piggspeake. Some for us and some for family @sarahparkartist . @poppy_the_blacklab had a great day entertaining. A stand out today was the Deliverance. A big banging shiraz made from South Australian fruit. Big dark fruits and balanced tannins but still there.
