This page had been pretty quiet. We have been off abroad and haven’t been on the ol’ GS for a while. We will be posting some old itineraries soon of great bike rides we have done in NSW and Victoria.
In the planning stages now is a ride from NSW into Victoria and South Australia. It will be our longest ride yet and we are hoping to get to some places we have never visited before. We have done some great rides through the NSW Snowy Region, Victoria Alpine country and down to Lakes Entrance. We have also done quite a bit of riding through rural NSW but we have never been into SA.
Who has a must do ride for us? We are two-up on a BMW R1200GS. We do some off-road -dirt, logging trails. I want to actually do some sight seeing occassionally and not do Floyd’s usual six hour ride through with a quick break to stretch the legs.
What do you suggest?
